Where do your items come from?
Our items come direct from brand boutiques, official multi-brand retailers as well as our network of trusted suppliers and dealers worldwide.
How can I be sure of authenticity?
All items come direct from brands or via trusted sources. All items undergo a thorough authentication process in house before being shipped to clients. We are also able to offer third party authentication upon request.
Why are some of your items above boutique pricing?
Rare items are available at their market value and include our sourcing fee within the price you see.
Do you have a shop?
We have a London based office but do not currently have a physical store or showroom. All styling experiences take place at one of our boutique partners, or at your home.

Returns
Can I refund my item if it’s not right?
Unfortunately as orders are sourced upon request, it is not possible to refund orders once payment has been made. All sales are final.

Which destinations are you able to ship to?
We ship worldwide, if you are unsure about cost or logistics please contact us before placing an order.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Time frames vary according to where the item is coming from and your delivery address. Time frames specified on each item page are approximate, if you need your order before a specific date please contact us before placing an order.
How much duties/ taxes will I have to pay?
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and you will be required to pay all import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to in order to receive your order.All UK orders will not incur import taxes
Can I order online and collect in London?
Yes, London collections are possible. Please contact us to arrange.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. Paypal and wire transfer are also accepted. For high value orders from first time buyers, we may request that you pay via bank transfer.
