All items come direct from brands or via trusted sources. All items undergo thorough authentication processes in house before being shipped to clients.
Rare items include our sourcing fee within the price you see. Fees are not chargeable at a flat rate and can be different for each item, according to how rare the item is and the time that goes into sourcing it.
We have a London based office but do not currently have a physical store. All styling experiences take place at one of our boutique partners, or at your home. Appointments must be booked in advance, please contact us for availability.
Unfortunately due to the nature of how items are sourced, it is not possible to refund orders once payment has been made. All sales are final.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and you will be required to pay all import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to in order to receive your order. All UK and EU shoppers will not incur import taxes.
